In Acts 3:1-3, a lame man had obviously given up hope of ever being cured and he was content to just ask for money every day at the Temple Gate. By God’s supernatural healing of the man through Peter and John (Acts 3:7), along with his exuberant response, it attracted a crowd and they were amazed at what had taken place. Two other crippled men were healed in Acts 9:32-34 and 14:8-10.
